      Pros

      XL gives you all the support and resources to be successful . Owners and management are second to none. Opportunity to advance quickly.

      Cons

      Only a few choices for lunch. Office gets a bit chilly in the winter. Every office doesnt have a bean bag chair in it. Fridge isn't stocked with the snacks I enjoy.

      Greatly invest in their employees, leadership is very open, honest, direct, and inclusive.

      Cons

      Training was inconsistent. business was expressed at operating better than it was at hire, but this is a temporary setback.
