      Pros

      Benefits were good, salary was ok....

      Cons

      Company seemed unwilling to remedy situations where there was blatant signs of employee hostility. Seemed more willing to cover it up when it was reported. Some individuals were put into PM positions without apparent necessary skillsets. PMs at times were dishonest and lacked integrity when it came to letting employees know when their task orders or contracts were coming to an end.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the team that I worked with and my client was fantastic. The client saw us as an extension of themselves and not just "contractors".

      Cons

      Alon (I can't speak to what XL Alon is like now) did not have a teleworking policy. Corporate HR seemed more interested in protecting the company than supporting the employees. It felt like they cared about hiring people to fill positions than they did hiring the right person with the right skillset. There was a great deal of turn over.
