Some supervisory staff are slow to respond to time sensitive calls or emails. Working as a government contractor, it can be difficult to know what responsibilities lie with which supervisor (xla vs government supervisor).

Health insurance was mediocre. You might have to work a night shift. Work is based on contracts, so sometimes the government might choose not to renew the contract, which is why everyone on the project got laid off. They gave us two month's notice though.
