Financial troubles and that's it

At first I felt myself like it was a start of Google or smth similar, but during first weeks I realized that it all started with a huge lie ( perspective of growth, current salaries, product development, satisfied clients ), and got worse during the years, when US raised money got wasted just to show off in front of our investors. Permanent change of payment schemes, constantly raising targets, restructuring. Too much of games behind your back, while smiling to your face, disposed to everybody's attention sexual life of company leaders, unqualified HR. A must presence at corporate parties , a no show caused negative attitude , even when the reasons were personal health issues. Office gatherings for several times during the quarantine did not meet any safety requirements, personnel getting sick was asked not to reveal company name while taking the COVID tests. When my team decided to resign we got several verbal threats from HR person that we'll not get paid and everybody from the company who'll sign as a witness that our resignation forms were not accepted will get in trouble. I stayed there for the money all the time convincing myself that'll get better, but closer to the end all the moral stress that was gained over the years was not more worth the money I made. All the time before writing this review I had second thoughts, wanted to be a good person, but you should never let go that kind of treatment and you should really appreciate yourself and be brave enough to stand for yourself and the people who always got your back , I'm thankful for my team and people I met.
