Pros

I adore my work at XOR! At first, I would like to note a great team. Believe me, I worked in different collectives and I know what I'm talking about =) Further our office: spacious, bright, clean and unbelievably comfortable. And our rest room - it is a dream! Especially table tennis! If you start falling asleep during your work at computer, no problem - 15 minutes game and you are cheered up! And of course I would like to mention Aida as a wonderful specialist and a person who is able to perfectly motivate the team! She is a true professional.

None, none and once again NONE! Everything is GREAT!

Pros

One of the best reasons to work in XOR is the mutual understanding of superiors and subordinates. In my opinion, this is very important, because it helps to build healthy relationships, create a nice atmosphere in the office and maintains desire to work hard together to achieve our main goal.

Cons

I would prefer to talk more with the customers, but this depends only on me.
