Pros

Workflow is very interesting and motivating. It is my third work in B2B and if compare with two previous places, in XOR you will always be understood. Even with a faster-growing up process of becoming a big and strong company, founders care about everybody. Aida and Nicolai are very close to the entire team, and they are giving a lot of opportunities to grow with them like a professional. It's a good place with people who wants to go further and upper.

Cons

None. With every misunderstanding situation, you will find a lot of help from colleagues.

Pros

- You are always asked for the input, so your ideas and thoughts matter - Exceptional information flow, so you learn something new on daily bases - You should not be horrified to fail, unless it's a habit. Your performance is measured fairly.

Cons

Since the team is growing fast, the structure and workflow need to be better set up. It might take a while. The direction is right.

Pros

The pros of working at XOR is that the environment is very friendly. There are good opportunities to advance your a career. Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions. Telecommuting is permitted in some cases, flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world. I can go and ask anyone a question in my dept. and they are always willing to help. The work environment is also very fast paced.

Cons

Since that company is pretty new sometimes it might take a bit more time to find an answer for your question , but as I mentioned above management is very supportive, so it is not a problem actually.
