      Pros

      Optional five day 8-hour weeks or four day 10-hour weeks after 1 month employment. Paid sick and vacation time accrues each work week.

      Cons

      Work with Army Reserve guys in shop who don't pull their load for double the pay grade.

      Great company to work for with a great HR department. Very good at what they do.

      Cons

      Do not screen some empolyees enough during hiring process. Some people weren't ready to work at this level
