      Pros

      The people! I couldn't imagine working with a more varied mix of people who are all so supportive of each other. Another main pro of working at XPO Logistics is the opportunities to develop and progress within the company.

      Cons

      Recently the constant changes to the way things are done. Working in HR, the methods of recruiting and setting up new people seems to change every few weeks just now and is becoming more and more difficult to do.

      Pros

      I have worked for XPO Logistics for approximately one year, there is a extensive benefits package, including pension scheme, colleague discounts and generous holiday entitlement. There is also the opportunity to progress within the Company and XPO recognise colleagues with potential and actively promote colleague development.
