Pros

Fast paced environment where no 2 days are ever the same, lots of challenges but plenty of support available to overcome them. Lots of development opportunities, whether it be professional qualifications or just expanding your on-the-job knowledge and experience.

Cons

None - it was the best move I made coming to XPO Logistics!
