Challenging work environment. Opportunity to make a difference helping to improve the efficiency of freight flow. Great colleagues to work and collaborate with. Great technology. Continuous opportunities to learn. Working on a team that is so enthusiastic to try and improve things each and every day.

Still need to improve the integration of technology/decision support into the day to day operations.

Pros

XPO is one of the top LTL carriers and on their current path they will be a force to be reckoned with. Great senior management.

Cons

Local leadership is aweful. They are dishonest and biased. If they want you gone you will be gone. No discussion with the employee at all so whatever management wants to do/say they can.
