Pros

Many people w seniority working there, pay was decent w a potential quarterly bonus

Cons

Work life balance, you need to CYOA there because if they aren't your number 1 priority, you're gone. Their loss, I would never have accepted the job (that their recruiter head hunted me for) if I knew their real work culture and expectations. Not enough pay for that life or the way they talk down to you and make things up.

Almost every position is vastly overpaid

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. Very little humanity. Cares more about meeting deadlines and moving freight than it’s employees

Pros

Decent starting pay, 4 day work week if quota met.

Cons

Poor leadership, pay doesn’t depend upon experience, you could have 10 years of experience and they start you at the same rate as someone straight out of high school. Very little room for advancement
