Pros
The works pretty straightforward, and pays my bills.
Cons
The company talks up driver training but it never seems to happen. I think the only time I've seen a dock worker become a driver here is after they leave for a year and go somewhere else and come back. I personally have been turned down for the driver training even though I'm one of the few who'd pass the drug test and have a clean driving record because I was late once three years ago, so to me it just looks like a way to keep people with a little bit of Hope and a job that doesn't have any chance of advancement.
