The whole experience. Below average pay for the industry. If someone doesn't like you they can make up whatever they want. And the unqualified management will listen. Without looking at what your proven track record is.

I am new to the organization (just shy of 6 months), so it’s unnerving hearing of plans to divest in most of the business units. I was sold on XPO being a fast-growing company that planned to continue growing through the next few years so naturally I was attracted to that because it lends opportunity to grow and even move up. Now that the plan is to sell or spin off all but one of the business units, I am concerned. Being new to a company that is going through so much uncertainty isn’t a great feeling. I will be at the mercies of whoever purchase us, if that happens. It’s unfortunate because it feels like a bait and switch thing now. We shall see what the year brings but being told less than 6 months ago that we are growing and now this, doesn’t leave me in a good spot.
