- great place to develop and test out your ML/DS skills - amazing work culture with a great management - the best work life balance i have ever seen

Cons

- increments arent a lot - stock options may not be provided as part of CTC - scope of application of ML/AI is narrow

Pros

1) Culture - Very open and inclusive culture where people never sit on your head to get the job done. 2) Flat hierarchy : Easy to reach out and share your goals with executive/director level people. Its just not limited to your manager. 3) Cross domain interaction: You will find people from different teams including HR, IT, finance, data science, business intelligence, corrections, collections, travel and expense sitting on the same floor and therefore making the communication very smooth and easy in case you want to learn about other domains. 4] Friendly and welcoming crowd: From the day you join XPO, you will always find people very welcoming and friendly. Most of them. 5) Benefits: - Medical insurance: 3 lakh for parents/in laws 5 lakhs for you and your spice/children. Just paying 7 thousand more , you can cover your parents for 5 lakhs for entire year. - OPD cover of 20k. This is over and above your regular medical insurance which includes dental expenses also. - Individual uber/ola cabs from your location to office - No need to pay anything. This is not a sharing cab and presently only given to IT folks. - Annual bonus is quite high. This time it was given almost 160% of your annual bonus. This is taxable 6) Salary: XPO pays well

Cons

1) lot of gaps in terms of communications and managing things within the team. 2) Lack of team coordination 3) It takes lot of time to go through some basic stuff like joining day induction. It takes more than a month sometimes. People have to wait for days to get their small queries resolved related to any concern. There is no ETA and no one takes the responsibility.
