Pros

Excellent benefits package and a strong leadership group. Pay is competitive, remote working opportunities for some teams. Global presence with a solid reputation for developing young professionals.

Cons

Seem to be few opportunities for growth. Rather than internal promotion, it seems many new roles are given to outside hires. Work/ life balance can get unbalanced quickly. Defined boundaries should be established to prevent burnout.

Zero work life balance

Pros

Large company, decent benefits. That's about it.

Cons

No work life balance, 12 hour days, corporate leadership asks how to help then expects sites to present a plan and then tells you to self fund the solution. Ridiculous.
