Fast growth gives wide range of experience. Company is willing to try new things as long as they show ROI.

Cons

Communication is a chronic issue for XPO. Management culture does not focus on proactive employee career growth. Promotion possibility requires personal life to be sacrificed.

Pros

None to give any credit for

Cons

Too much pot smoking during breaks in the parking lot. Employees are working under the influence of that and alcohol. The manager is a functional alcoholic who sneaks to his car and drinks and then comes back inside to work. Too much favoritism depending on what color you are.
