Pros

Long time employees who really care about the business units and it ability to do the right thing by the customer.

Cons

Poor work/home life balance. Even with data driven analytics, they choose to stick with the arduous and cost inefficient methods; then you’re held accountable for not meeting your budgeted goals! Good Ole Boy club is alive and well in senior management, and it’s full of major company washouts and failures.

Pros

Free food all the time. Snacks and really can’t say pay. Specially when you know there’s big huge gap between departments

Cons

Management turn over. Them not knowing their jobs so you and cheaper employee have to train them. Points out dishonesty and the person gets offered a full time job and continue to take hour half lunches when only punched out for 30 min. They offer overtime but not monitored so people just go in and work on homework and play on Facebook at time and half

long hours, hard work and fast paced... if you count those as cons..... the only real con is the weather...
