      Pros

      There's lots of opportunity to build up your resume and move on due to the massive exodus of talent. Can be an easy job for some, as leadership are more invested in power plays and Machiavellian schemes to notice under-performers.

      Cons

      The culture praises greed, but workers are not viewed or treated as people. Recent benefit cuts and 'fees' taken against salary have hit drivers especially hard. I've never worked at an organization so void of integrity. Read up on Brad Jacob's prior companies to get an understanding of the gut & cut' approach being applied here.

      Pros

      Company has good benefits and okay salary, there is good people that work there. They try to do extra activities to keep up employee morale.

      Cons

      They eliminate too many positions and move them to different regions, they also rename positions to be able to bring in new hires and let others employees go.

      Pros

      Speaking for the HR team only: great employees, hard working and family/team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Con-way was bought out by XPO, new CEO does not care about anyone or anything, he just wants to make as much money as he can. Work load is out of control, departments are constantly being downsized, safety is not a concern for the drivers, employee moral very low, promotions are denied, relocation packages and raises have been taken away. XPO does not care about the employee at all. All they care about is profits and terminating as many people as they can.
