Pros

This company acquired one of the top NY on demand courier companies UX Specialized Logistics or Urban Express. The support of a larger company should make growth within the company easier.

Cons

The NY office has a very toxic environment, where back biting and rumors spread like wildfire. When a person does a good job you may get a nod, but let there be an email or call complaint. It's like the world comes to an end.

Terrible management. Terrible bonus structure. Haven't had a raise in 4-5 years dislike being a top performer.
