      10 Months in and still going well

      Pros

      Big organisation, lots of resource and knowledge available, opportunities to visit other sites and develop Recruitment was very efficient with contract etc all in place before I started - Thanks Katy Job has a varied role with lots of interaction with the site customer so scope to change and improve things but have XPO resource to fall back on Learning & Development - big tick, very much like XPO university and opportunity to keep learning Site is good lots of improvements happening and the site has things to focus on

Our supportive culture is especially valuable to new starters - we understand it can be tough starting a new role, with so much information to take in, so we are always looking at ways to make the joining process as smooth as possible.       Such a great place to work, staff are all very friendly. Its good to be involved within a department were we get to socialise outside of work.
