Pros
A fast paced and busy environment, allowing employees (who wish to do so) to gain experience and develop their careers. Lots of autonomy and you'll rarely see micro-management at XPO. There are lots of opportunities to grow within the company and plenty of support available to aid this.
Cons
Communication across the business and between divisions could be improved and could lead to a more united working environment. We don't always shout loud enough about our successes or celebrate them enough
