      Fast moving.. but

      Pros

      Lot's to do. lot's of projects, & launch of products ideas . But no tools or any budget. You'll work close to the business and it is less hierarchical

      Cons

      Zero internal mobility. Revolving door environment. if you're not up to the task, then Zero internal mobility .. no investment in internal talent or growth. One mistake and your'e out. Replaced by the next guy. Who will leave 6 months later.. and so it continues. Few people working here would recommend their friends joining the company

      Pros

      People are nice and the company is growing rapidly and huge. CEO has great visions to invest billions of dollars to invest a great operation system that makes the job so much easier.

      Cons

      Very stressful and as a profit-driven company, the management cares about the number more than anything. It is not to blame them but just the fact.
