Pros

Pay was equal or better than standard for the industry.

Cons

Overworked and constantly under staffed. Supervisors were treated as scapegoats constantly. They treat their hourly employees well. Supervisors and ever managers, good luck.

Pros

Very focused on safety. As long as you do your job and do it right you are left alone. There is always work to do. Fast paced environment makes the day go by. Good place for experiance.

Cons

Very few advancement opportunities. Advancement often require relocating (no compensation). Pay scale low compared to industry averages, no where near competitive. Raises just as low. High turnover. Not career material unless you are in upper management.
