      Pros

      After dealing with many agencies, It was really good to be contacted by Danny, a recruitment colleague who worked for XPO. He arrange my interviews and was a good contact to have whilst going through the recruitment process. Since starting with XPO I have been very impress with how well everything has been organised. Certainly looking forward to working for XPO for many years, so far it seems a really good company to work for.

      Pros

      Great staff and great benefits. Always someone on hand to assist with issues if required. Good progression if you want it

      Cons

      Does not pay the current market rates however this is off set by the level of training you get and how quickly you can progress
