Pros

No Pros since XPO acquisition from Con-way to XPO - limited communication.

Cons

Limited communication to the LTL business segment. Current state of the LTL business segment is unknown as XPO is currently reorganizing the company. In the past, your future growth was unlimited. If you worked hard and were willing to move, there was unlimited potential. However, now with XPO, they are "trimming the fat" in management when there isn't fat left to trim - which will ultimately affect service, quality and job morale.

A GOOD PLACE TO START...

Pros

Lots off possibilities for increased profits if businesses can be integrated. A talented work force. If managed correctly the workforce will be tough to compete against.

Cons

Limited Next Day coverage in key areas of the network. No real good way to expedite for added service for a customer. Letting a lot of talented people go. A good place for someone wanting to break into LTL as a driver or management.
