      Joined XPO in February 2018 as an HGV Driver with nearly 20 yrs experience, with ambitions of promotion within the company. Within 6 months i qualified as a 'Driving Assessor' and within 12 months i was promoted to 'Driver Trainer' and am at present being trained in all aspects of this new role. This new role was very daunting to me at the start but the managment at Tamworth (PF) are giving me all the support, encouragement and confidence i need to make a success of my new role. The people are great to work with and everyone is treated equally no matter there position within the company. If you have the ambition to progress in the company the help is there. My work/home ratio is great and visualize a very long term commitment to the company! A lot of factors are needed to make a great working enviroment and in my experience XPO has those factors!
