Not good

Pros

XPO is a multi-billion dollar international public company so it looks good on a resume. Because of turnover there is career opportunity.

Cons

Subpar talent/management, senior leadership is shady and is only invested in the company short term. A Brad Jacobs' business has been investigated by the SEC. Your division or department could be eliminated quickly and the severance package is poor. Benefits and compensation are not good compared to other public companies. It seems like many of the talented, fun, and interesting people have left.

Low pay for management

Pros

Call Center does not have an attendance policy, QA, or anything that is Call Center related.

Cons

work/life balance is all work. Poor communion across the board, lack of respect, and work is always shifted to the reps while managers talk down to us as reps. The pay is externally low.
