Pros

Large company with many opportunities and technological advancements to help the employee help the customer. The smaller organizations care deeply for employees.

Cons

The larger company is not concerned with day to day workings nor the employees that manage them.

Pros

The pay is not bad and the opportunity for advancement is pretty good.

Cons

I work at a larger service center and you will work your butt off. You will work long hours and the hours (shift work) aren't the best. You won't have much life outside of work. Although you are considered management, upper management is more focused on the numbers than making sense. What I mean is that the implement policies that don't make sense. They talk about being lean, yet you are doing things in triplicate.

Fast paced, never a dull moment, upper management works hard to make even seasonal employees feel appreciated. During peak basically unlimited overtime available

Can be frustrating trying to get the information you need to do the job
