      Pros

      Great company, extremely welcoming, big open planned office. Nice to work for a company who really value their staff, their progression and them as individuals. The company is going from strength to strength and its great to be a part of that!

      Pros

      - Great engagement from the Recruitment Team right from the word go! They kept me up-to-date with the recruitment process and provided feedback after each stage which really helped me feel at my best. - Extremely evident that people are the primary focus of the business, they value your ideas and invest heavily in talent development. - Welcoming environment which makes you feel part of the team and business from day 1. - Ambitious and successful business with lots of opportunities which is exciting to be part of!

      no on-boarding process but great support

      Pros

      - great morale, lots of team spirit, team functions regularly - everybody is willing to help, lots of support from sales side and procurement side - management values hard working sales people, will not micro manage once you've proven yourself

      Cons

      - no on-boarding system -no official training curriculum except for some online webinars for software systems and basic product knowledge - no organized training system for new sales people to understand process of sales cycle
