      Pros

      XPO is a very supportive company, that give good opportunities. My experience of the graduate scheme has been great and I can see on many of XPOs sites that they have many opportunities for development and progression. As a general rule, the company's values are followed on their sites and you can see that it is meant. XPO employ people because of their personalities, not only on skill set.

      Cons

      Pros are a lot easier to find than cons within XPO as a company. I am sure there are some on an individual basis, but as a company in general they are very fair. The main con from my experience is their Pension - there is not a lot of benefit, only the minimum government terms.

      Pros

      Professional and friendly people to work with :) Very helpful and organised management team! Company that develop their employees! I would greatly recommend XPO to anyone who get stuck in boring place without perspectives. :)

      Cons

      Would offer more shop vouchers/ discounts :)

      The company is growing at such a fast pace, it's a great time to join and accelerate your career.

      The company pension, although competitive, could be made better to help draw talent from our competitors.
