      Pros

      Fantastic company ethos. Employees who are proud to work for XPO. Excellent opportunities for growth and development within the company, if you are willing to put in the hard work you will get a lot out of it. Recruitment process was enjoyable and relaxed allowing you to show the best side of yourself.

      I started my journey with XPO in June 2015 as an Apprentice, within 3 years I have almost completed the graduate scheme (fast track talent program) I've been given numerous opportunities within the company to develop my skills, work on different contracts in different roles, network with customers and senior leadership on numerous occasions, I've been coached by many different people on different site's who were all keen to see me grow within the business.

      Cons

      I have worked on some really big automated sites and some smaller 30+ year old sites and the down side is that all contracts and all customers are very different therefore you can never really see the full XPO picture if you are based on one site.
