      Pros

      XPO is a full time job with excellent benefits. You can always work overtime especially if you are cross trained.

      Cons

      Sometimes they do not give 24 hour notice on mandatory overtime. Efficiencies motivate this company, and they don't care how hot it is in the warehouse, they still want you to work overtime on a moments notice, with no extra break what so ever.

      Pros

      Company has excellent schedules, friendly and fast pace. But it was a nice environment and good benefits according to the handbook.

      Cons

      I worked there for only six days. The reason why it was that short period of time is because up until the time I quit management didn't finish my necessary paperwork for employment ie; copy of my id or other documents. Also, when I tried to contact human resources the number was disconnected.
