      There are none. Prepare for the worst run Brokerage you've ever seen.

      Long Hours No increase in wages Commision Structure is a joke If you want to stick around you must be liked by management and be a total suckup Do not train you effectively Call Random places to see if they have freight

      The good and the bad...from a Supervisor

      Pros

      My location had smart supervisors and a good GM. Reading other reviews, it seems that it may be the luck of the draw. Pay is above average for supervisors, depending on what area you are supervising. OT pay is available for supervisors. Good benefits and 401k. Depending on the supervisor, focus is on training, safety, and attendance.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement, for associates and supervision. High turnover makes it difficult to build a good crew. Long hours makes for difficult work/life balance and quick burn-out. Favoritism is not uncommon.

      Pros

      Sustained me these last few years. Gained more skills and knowledge, which kept me marketable. Rigid environment kept me on top of my game and encouraged me to remain focused on career goals. Now, my new career has taken off. I started a job in January, and I've already received a promotion. In a few short months, my salary has jumped over $20,000 more!

      Cons

      An environment enriched with some inept management that discouraged rather than encouraged. There were some highly skilled managers, but they lacked people skills and were intimidated by senior management. This led to demoralized employees with no incentive but to escape at the end of the day.
