XPO reviews

The technology is lacking and they are making the Dublin office into a call center environment. Be forewarned if you come in and they offer a job you need to sign a non compete even when not selling services. No training. High stress for low pay.

Zero cost of living increases, rasies, or additional benefits after 5 years. Keep in mind that during these 5 years, I have only had positive performance reviews. My work has led to new account acquisitions. Bottom line, this company see's its employee's as replaceable when they are the product this company needs the most. Our product is our people because we use existing retailers actual tangible products and just distribute it. XPO really over estimates their technology as the reason they are better than the rest but believe me when I say, it is the people at the operational level that cause this company to succeed. How are we rewarded, a Cringle. That's right, they send out a Cringle in December. No raise, no additional benefits, but we get a Danish. No reward for increased revenues, but we get a pastry.
