XPO Logistics has helped me to develop and grow within the retail industry. XPO invest in their employee's with in house training and development through XPO Red World web site. XPO also tap into external companies to share skills with XPO employees. When I first started with XPO I was employed as a forklift truck driver. 11 years later I am now running my own site. XPO are very good at talent spotting within its own business and reward their employees for their hard work and dedication.
