Pros

Competitive Salary and compliance to labor laws.

Cons

American-based work culture: results driven only makes difficult to work for XPO in other countries. There is no effort in understanding that things work differently in other countries.

- good starter if you want to gain logistic skills - training book is good

Cons

- management does not promote growth in employee who want to pursue more knowledge in logistics - stressful environment with lack of communication and not enough teamwork

Pros

A good culture of promoting and training within, lots of opportunities within a large business across multiple sectors, modes and countries

Cons

Benefits are not very good, poor pension contributions, maternity/paternity support, holiday allowance etc. Other than that everything else is ok
