Pros

Work from home and if you're good at your job, zero micro management

Cons

Pay wasn't all that good and once promoted the increase didn't match the responsibility.

Pros

Would like to say there is a pro but that would be lying.

One Star – If I Could Give Zero, I Would Working for XPO Logistics was one of the worst experiences of my career. The company treats its staff like they’re disposable. You’re just a number to them—there’s zero respect, no appreciation, and definitely no support from management. Long hours, poor communication, and unrealistic expectations are the norm. They constantly push workers to the brink while upper management sits comfortably behind their desks pretending everything is fine. Breaks? Barely. Fair treatment? Not even close. Morale is constantly at rock bottom, and any concerns raised by staff are either ignored or brushed off with corporate jargon. If you’re thinking of working here—don’t. Unless you enjoy being overworked, underpaid, and disrespected. Avoid XPO like the plague. There are better companies out there that actually value their employees as human beings. XPO Logistics is an absolute train wreck of a company. They treat their staff like dirt—zero respect, no support, and morale that’s permanently in the gutter. You’re expected to break your back while management sits around pointing fingers and dodging responsibility. To make things worse, they’re failing contracts left, right, and centre. Customers are constantly furious, deadlines are missed, and the blame is always shoved down to the lowest levels instead of being owned by the people actually responsible. There’s no stability, no vision, and definitely no accountability. If you value your sanity, your self-respect, or just a halfway decent work environment—avoid XPO like the plague. It’s a sinking ship, and they don’t care who they drag down with them.
