Pros

Fast paced and you have some autonomy in the field as long as you are still operating by the policies Company has a focus on D&I and veterans. I will say though that there is a long way to go before their D&I is where it should be. Salary is good.

Cons

Work/life balance doesn't exist, working 12+ hour days is not sustainable. Very little opportunity to moving up within the company if you are in HR in the field. Unless you are able/willing to move. Company is behind in being competitive with pay/benefits for CDL drivers which makes it hard to recruit for roles District level management and above are very demeaning in their message delivery, should be more supportive There is a culture problem that is worse in some buildings than others, but nothing is done to fix it. We try to hire new people, but with the culture where it is, it's hard to keep the new employees

Pros

A job... it was good money but they literally gutted this place.... from the freight all the way to the workers.

Cons

They do not listen to the drivers or dockworkers. The problems within this place are right in front of your face and they do nothing to fix them. They will screw you. Micromanagement like no other. Business model is a complete lie, it is not about the customer here. You’d think with how competitive the market here is in the US you would want to keep the customers happy and employees, but all I’ve seen is mass cuts and ALOT of restriction. Everyday is complete stress that management creates. Paranoid environment. Don’t work hard because they will run you to the ground. Unhealthy greedy cesspool of men that are worse then women. Gossipy and toxic. No communication, and you’re treated as if there is something wrong with you if you ask a question! If you like misery then work here... If you show any ounce of happiness they will suck it right out of you!
