This company is filled with sexism, racism, nepotism and favoritism. They do not reward and promote according to performance. Great talent is not recognized and is underutilizd. Proper communication is almost non-existent and rarely are any rules, directives, or pertinent infomation put into writing which creates a great deal of ambiguity and confusion. They have far too many temps and there is not a standardization of process to making those temps who have satisfied the requirements, permanent.

The new leadership makes a lot of mistakes that essentially translate to people being laid off and customers being dissatisfied. They tend to be shortsighted and only measure quantitatively neglecting to incorporate qualitative factors into strategies and goals.
