      Pros

      There really are no pros for this company except starting pay. You may get lunch if tour lucky.

      Cons

      Really to many to.list. Hr will change policies to immediately fit their needs at a moments notice and are not honest about their application process.

      Pros

      Innovative company growing like crazy. Recently transitioned to XPO Logistics - Supply Chain. Company has grown significantly since being acquired and has huge upside and potential. If you work hard, take ownership of your career development, and embrace an environment that expects 110% commitment this is a great company. If you lament being overlooked but aren't willing to tell your leadership team what you want and work hard for it this isn't the place for you.

      Cons

      I see many reviews out here complaining about development, leadership, etc... My opinion is if you're a self starter that will push leadership for development and show your worth by doing great work you will be successful. The expectation is high however if you work hard you will be rewarded with opportunity and ongoing employment. If you want the "easy" job this place isn't for you. If you want a job that will push for the best from you this is that type of organization.

      No pros other than a pay check and experience. Experience is what you get, when you don't get what you wanted.

      Cons

      Mafia-like organizational qualities. No redeeming qualities in senior leadership. Several worked drunk - functioning alcoholics. Demeaning culture.
