Pros

At least attempting to be more progressive with Policies Tenure of hourly employees

Cons

Not holding new policies to actual standard and playing favorites with who they prefer to utilize them for or against Terrible internal technology Terrible Morale Competing Policies from directors/VPs of different areas of the business Understaffing operation to cover for financial loses Hiring events just to ask to fire weeks later Lack of training with no ideas or willingness to get hands dirty and fix Benefits were hands down the worst I've ever had - incredibly overpriced for minimal coverage Will ask you to terminate team members and then expect your to now also cover for that loss in the operation Work Life Balance is Non Existent - a 14+ hour day all 5 days of the week is not uncommon - Expect to be working from home on Saturday and potentially taking some calls on Sunday
