Working here was the worst mistake of my life. There are no pros

Cons

HR refused to do their jobs. And if you ask them to do their jobs they get annoyed at you. Managers talk down to you and safety is their last priority.

Competitive Pay and PTO benefits.

Cons

Poor work life / family life balance. Supervision and Management working 60-70+ hours per week including weekends. No bonuses or incentives. Lack of HR and IT support at most sites. HR reps have over 20 sites a per person, this leaves site Management/supervision busy with HR related issues. Corporate IT is another joke, constant network, time clock, phone, or employee access issues. Sometimes it takes weeks, months or longer to get help desk ticket items resolved. Some items, such as badge printers not working, have taken over a year and still haven't been resolved.
