Pros

One of the standout aspects of this company is its commitment to diversity—I've had the opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences. The role has also given me incredible opportunities to travel and use foreign languages, which has been both personally and professionally rewarding. The hybrid work model is another big plus, offering a great balance between remote work and office collaboration.

Cons

While working at XPO has many positives, there are some challenges, the diversity of the company is fantastic, but I’ve found that different approaches to work can vary significantly from country to country. At times, this can create some inconsistencies or misunderstandings in processes and expectations, especially when collaborating across borders. Another challenge is that, in some cases, not enough people are allocated to certain jobs or departments. This can lead to heavier workloads for team members and make it harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
