Pros

XPRIZE is a 30 year old purpose driven company that has true impact in the world. The culture is strong and the people are great to work with. We are 100% remote which gives us the flexibility to work from anywhere but we get together quarterly with the entire company in order to get to know one another and collaborate. I am proud to be part of a team of super smart people who are focused on continuous improvement internally while changing the world externally. The hierarchy is flat and the CEO and leadership makes itself accessible. Things move quickly.

Cons

Not that I can think of other than as a non-profit we are dependent on fundraising.

Pros

Immediately upon being hired at this company I could feel a difference in the type of people who worked here - everyone was friendly, supportive, understanding and normal! I felt very much at home and that this is a place that I would be able to thrive.

* The impact that XPRIZE has on humanity is astronomical. It is amazing to think about the work being done here and how my day-to-day job is helping to truly save the world * People here are really passionate about the work being done, and we work with industry-leading experts from all over the world, so you learn and absorb a lot of information just by being here * Remote work and great work-life balance * Quarterly In-Person all hands meetings, when we get to spend time with all XPRIZE employees in person * Fantastic benefits & I would argue I'm really well compensated, especially considering we're a nonprofit

Cons

I really can't think of anything... I love the work we do, the people I work with, and appreciate how transparent and available the executive leadership team is. Keep up the great work!
