XPRIZE reviews

I have been at XPRIZE for a few years and am trying to hold on. The mission is what keeps people working so hard but we try to do everything for everyone. We literally never say no and have zero ability to prioritize. We let our sponsors dictate what we do and how we work. The CEO works around the clock and expects and demands it from the rest of the staff. Burnout is rampant as the org is way over its skis on many fronts. Also, we struggle fundraising and spend most of our time on events rather thank asking for gifts. Teams work in silos and don't think about the whole organization, especially the teams that run the prizes. Super dysfunctional.
