Incompetent Leadership and Zero Job Security

Business Outlook

Pros

Co-workers (non-management) most are talented and hardworking.

Cons

Chronic Layoffs: Multiple rounds of layoffs in under 6 months. People are let go as soon as a project is done, like disposable resources. No job security at all. Incompetent Leadership: Leadership lacks vision and accountability. CEO promises customers but delivers nothing. No new business, just false hopes. CEO on Vacation During Layoffs: Speaks volumes about leadership priorities, announces layoffs and continues his holiday. Micromanagement & No Trust: Forced return-to-office policy purely due to lack of trust in employees, not actual need. Underpaid & Undervalued: Salaries are below industry standards. Hikes are non-existent. Toxic Work Culture: No transparency. Poor communication. Leadership lives in denial while employees suffer. Not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid at All Costs

Pros

The company has a lot of talented individuals who are highly skilled and passionate about their work. The people you work with are friendly, helpful, and generally great to collaborate with. The work itself can be fulfilling, and there are opportunities to learn from some very experienced colleagues.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs since May 2024, with 3 rounds in total, and has implemented 2 more rounds of cuts since the beginning of 2025. This has led to significant uncertainty among employees. The frequent layoffs have made the environment feel unstable, and many highly talented people have been let go, which has a noticeable impact on morale. Despite the great talent in the company, the constant reshuffling and layoffs make it feel like a sinking ship at times.

Pros

There’s a strong pool of talent across the company, especially when it comes to technical capability and product quality. The team includes many sharp, experienced professionals, and the overall standard of work is high. On the ground level, employees are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, which makes day-to-day work more enjoyable.

Cons

Leadership decisions often feel inconsistent, with some individuals receiving preferential treatment, raising fairness concerns. Employee well-being doesn't seem prioritized those who voice concerns are met with dismissive responses suggesting they can leave. There are no formal salary reviews, making growth and recognition difficult. While some leaders work fully remote, employees are expected to be in an office that's not fit for productive work. Additionally, the CPO's management style is super toxic and very passive aggressive
