      Swanky office, fun snacks, beers on tap, happy hours with colleagues

      Cons

      Good 'ol boys network with next to zero diversity. Sales team has turned over at least three times since I started(!) The software can be motivational....when it actually works; we didn't have access my entire first year so lots of shadow accounting.
