      Pros

      Upon accepting my offer for this company I came from a company where micromanagement was the norm. Here, as long as your process is tracking you to goal, they don't harp on you for the little things and they recognize hard work that is not dtracked in metrics. I have never met a group of sales people who were so open and willing to help me when I first started. In addition to that, the management is wonderful to work with and are always happy to help you. I love this organization

      Good place to work , good team members. Good product with lot of potential Lot of team building activities Good training initiative

      None, every thing is good so far. I didn't see any down side from both company and the management. They are going in right direction.
