      Pros

      Xactly is a great company to work for and don't take my word for it. Just google around and go through the different reviews and make yourself an opinion. A good way to benchmark how well Xactly performs vs other companies, is to compare the Xactly's rating vs other IT companies. That's just straight-forward!

      So far so good, as long as we are focused on our core values (CARE), we will do very well!

      Pros

      Great benefits, Fast growth, Progressive thinking, Friendly culture, volunteering opportunities.

      Cons

      Misguided management, Growth for the sake of growth instead of as needed, Lack of team support by management, Very cliquey internal groups (marketing is friends with marketing, sales with sales, etc.)

      Pros

      Great work environment. More senior employees are always extending the helping hand and going the extra mile to help you learn/succeed. Execs interact with employees at every level, which rarely happens at companies these days.
