      Pros

      Great company especially if you are looking to get out of the big company grind. We are agile, you know everyone's names and faces, still have company picnics and holiday parties, get things done quickly and get to build some cool stuff as the company continues to grow. Great values and community service culture.

      Cons

      Great work life balance which is great but would like to see people work a little harder to take the company to the next level.

      Pros

      Solution provides great value to the customer. Customers generally have a positive implementation in a relatively short time frame. Most customers renew subscriptions. Lots of great references. The people at Xactly are hardworking and very smart. Everyone gets involved in giving back to the community. Great Culture!

      Cons

      Typical growth pains of a company trying to grow. Need to deepen the current product and provide other complimentary solutions to widen the offering and provide more value to customers.
